Nina Fisher Physical Therapist

McKenzie Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy - MDT
Trigger Point Dry Needling (TPDN)

I knew Physical Therapy was the career for me after becoming injured in a high school soccer game. Since then I have never looked back. I love having a career that allows me to spend quality time with clients while also being able to help individuals feel and live better.

To me, Physical Therapists are educators and advocates. As clinicians, it is our role to help individuals attain their personal goals while using our knowledge base to get you there. I always aim to individualize my treatments as well as provide the most education and information possible.

I have always enjoyed trying different activities, from traveling/hiking, to rock climbing or sailing. And, in that same token enjoy treating a wide variety of clients. Physical Therapy allows me to help clients overcome their various challenges, whether it be a triathlon, recovering from a surgery, or trying to prevent an injury.

I attended Physical Therapy School at University of Maryland Baltimore, and while I currently live in Arlington I enjoy spending a large amount of time on the Eastern Shore of Maryland. I love being outdoors (preferably on the water), eating cheese, listening to live music, and finding fun experiences to do with friends.

I knew immediately when I walked into Rose Physical Therapy Group and was kindly asked to remove my shoes that this was a unique clinic. Rose Physical Therapy provides client directed, one on one care, and effectively helps clients reach their maximal potential. I am thrilled to be part of the team!
