One-on-One Expert Care
At Rose Physical Therapy, every visit is a one-hour, one-on-one session with a licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy, so you are never handed off to a tech or put into a crowded gym.
Therapists bring advanced training in pelvic floor therapy, post-surgical rehab, sports injuries, and techniques like Active Release Techniques and dry needling.
Your First Visit Experience
Your first appointment includes a detailed evaluation where your therapist reviews your history, goals, and performs a movement-based assessment.
A customized treatment plan will include manual therapy, exercises, education, and a home program.
What to Wear and Bring
Wear comfortable, athletic clothing that allows easy movement and access to the treatment area, such as shorts or a tank top.
Arrive early or complete forms online so your full session can focus on treatment.
Follow-Up Visits and Results
Follow-up visits continue the one-on-one model, allowing progress tracking, exercise updates, and treatment adjustments.
You’ll receive a home exercise program tailored to your lifestyle for long-term results.
